Starting her training in bodywork in 1997, Amanda qualified as a massage therapist and holistic aromatherapist with the Tisserand Institute in 1999.

She went on to study Lymphology at the prestigious Foldi Clinic in Germany in 2008, qualifying in the practice of manual lymphatic drainage and multi-layer bandaging, as a Certified Lymphoedema Therapist. This is one of the most highly recognised trainings in Europe and enabled her to work within a team of specialists in the Lymphoedema Clinic at St. George's Hospital, London, treating patients with advanced stages of both primary and secondary lymphoedema. She has also studied at the Foldi Clinic for her advanced and review certification and more recently qualifying from Leduc UK in Medical Lymphatic Drainage. Amanda is also qualified in the Coban 2 bandaging system, and is able to measure for hosiery and order garments.

Amanda qualified with The European College of Bowen Studies (ECBS), the UK's foremost leading training college in The Bowen Technique, in 2011, and continues to do further trainings to enhance her skills as a Bowen Practitioner.

Amanda works privately from the Clapham Common Clinic in South West London, The Plane Tree in East London, Arcturus Clinic, Devon and the Dartington Estate, Devon, treating clients with a range of presenting symptoms employing various methods suited to each individual's presentation. Amanda also offers home visits.
